Here is your chance to own one of Laclede County’s historic sites. This home was originally known as the Rippy School House and was built in 1913. It hasbeen painstakingly transformed into a large 2 bedroom home. The home and property are rich with history and character, from the old grinding stones in the fireplace to the still operational school bell. The 40 wooded acres are rich with wildlife and include a large pond, springs, and inviting walking trails. In addition to the home there is a 2 car garage with a studio above it plus a 30x40 workshop that includes finished living quarters. This is a must see property for anyone looking for a unique property with old charm and a rich history.
