We can push, promote, continue programs available to give women a head start (of which none are available for men) and we'll still find through polls & reality the fact women don't want to run business' or work the long hours associated with becoming business leaders. Instead, as author Warren farrel states, they would rather choose ways in which to balance their life - and men can learn from this.

Even moreso - women prefer male leaders.
