Rep. Manzullo spoke on the House floor against the President's latest request to increase the debt ceiling another $1.2 trillion. Manzullo, who has opposed nine prior requests to raise the debt ceiling, said it's time for Congress to get serious about cutting wasteful Washington spending and reducing the deficit. Manzullo has voted more than 700 times to cut more than $2.6 trillion in spending just the last five years.
