I would rather see ATWT or AMC or OLTL anytime than what qualifies for so-called

reality tv. Those soaps were so so real to me. Everytime one O'clock arrives, a

part of me stops and I start to turn on the set and then realize, sadly, it's gone.

I thought both Guiding Light and As The World Turns did great jobs with their endings. I hadn't watched them regularly for about 10 years when they ended but watched both for almost 20 years before that and still have the last week of both on DVR. Another World which I watched for 15 years til the end also had a good ending.. And it was right that Bob said the last line since his mother said the first.

Hey one favor can anyone make this final shot retrospective as after bob says "good night" and leaves and instead of that song it will instead have the music from as the world turns anniversary opening from 2006 with the voice from the end of As The World Turns Tribute Video from ProcterGamble1837 "Saying "and so for the final time on as the world tunrs thats a good night" be inserted in it so it will be just a retro lookback in finale

@Scrabbler27 Greed. They replaced ATWT with inexpensive talk and game shows. Soaps cost about $ 50 million a year(which is actually good considering it airs 5 days a week year round). Game shows and talk shows cost about half of this.
