SIngapore Airlines Flight SQ638 from Singapore to Tokyo with Airbus A380 (Part 1)

This is flight SQ638 from SIN to NRT on DEC31, 2009. From Seat 12K on Upper Deck (Biz) you can spot taxiing to the departing runway, the climb over Changi, the flight, breaktfast, descent and landing in Narita. Finally you see the taxiing at the gate. The flighttime was about 6 hours, the operating Airbus A380 was the first one ever in service: 9V-SKA.

my first time with A380 was Singapore-London (the 20th flight of the route. There was only one flight per day, SQ322/317 back in 2007 or 2008 - I can't remember the year). Been using A380 several times between SIN and LHR. My next flight with A380 will be like yours, SIN-NRT-SIN on SQ12/11.

The length of runway of WSSS is 4KM (4000 metres)
