Meet Joel - My Last Days

Joel was diagnosed with an Atypical Teratoid/ Rhamboid Tumor (AT/RT) in January of 2010. He had a surgery to remove the tumor and was undergoing 54 weeks of treatment including chemotherapy and radiation. In October of 2010, he had a tumor recurrence. Joel is 4 years old now. I was diagnosed with osteosarcoma when I was 3.I am now 17.

My mom prayed and prayed, a monastery in Italy who are known for making miracles happen prayed for me, and my priest even came to my house to perform the annointing of the sick over me.

Before I went in for chemotherapy, they told me I wouldn't live a year past this. When I went in for surgery, they could not find the cancer. The cancer took my third rib and every machine, every test screamed cancer. It was gone and I was God's miracle
