She unbuttoned her blouse to distract us from seeing her nose. More importantly, those eyebrows look atrocious. Cleavage was unnecessary and out of place.

I've been to MAC stores like that Mrs Burrell. Awful! And I've also been to MACs where I get a hug, my make up popped up just because I'm there, and it's OK how much or little I buy because after that treatment- they know I'll be back.
Go to one next time you travel, or use the website. Totally different, I promise!

idk about any of u ppl and ur where about to the mac stores but I'm from San Antonio, TX and the mac store that i have gone to is in North Star Mall and i must say that mac has beautiful products but would not get any of my money because their workers are so rude and stuck up. i went in to ask a question because i do not own any mac products and wanted to purchase a few produce and was blown off as if i wasn't good enough to shop there.
