Hotmail occasionally drops email into thin air. Nothing to do with spam, it just sometimes does not arrive, at all.
Hotmail is unreliable. Anyone relying on it should use a different service.

how do you get a left side box for your emails and the right larger box for what is in the email? all i get is the old set up where u click on the email and it appears at the botttom? someone help me please.
