Phantasy Star playthrough #22: Baya Malay (1 of 2)

The biggest and most confusing area in the game. It has 8 floors. Yipes!

I have to make two trips through the dungeon. First to get the Crystal, which I need later (without it, Lassic kills the entire party in 1 hit when fighting him), then again to get to the top.

If you're wondering why I skipped that treasure chest at the end, it's empty AND it's trapped, so I would have taken damage from opening it.

If you use the wand in battle as an item(buy a second one), it will cast BYE which will save mp

Ahh, PS1 on the 'ol Sega Master System. I really loved this game. But some of the dungeons like this one were brutal in figuring out and you exhausting your supplies.
