You need proof that some kind of god exists, especially if a god of some religion exists. They give this impossible being characteristics, but never enough to test and disprove. The burden of proof stands on those supporting the idea, not on disbelievers to disprove anything. No one can disprove Mohammed being the prophet of God, nor Jesus being the son of God, nor Buddha being the Enlightened One. But no one has proved any of those claims. And can't.

Theists no more about god then Atheists do.
No one has seem him or his power anywhere
in the physical world. That does not mean you can`t believe in it of course. But your must acknowledge that someone who hold Null hypothesese don`t carry any burden of proof. If i say i don`t think god exists, i am not required to utilize evidence to say so as it is a negative claim "null hypothesis" What is said without evidence can be dismissed thus.

Atheists can't prove Leprechauns don't exist either. Do you believe in Leprechauns? You can't prove a negative. Is that the best you can do for an argument?
