Youtube won't let me post the link. In the video the farmers claimed they were tricked by Bayan Muna into protesting. They initially only wanted higher wages and didn't intend to demand land. You will also farmers saying Satur Ocampo pocketed x million pesos while giving each farmer a mere P500.

@maiakei Illegal to kill anyone who protest? What if in the process of protesting they deprive you of the opportunity to make a living? To run a business that you risked your savings to build? Savings that, if the business failed, you might never see again and enjoy?

Fine, you've a right to protest. But that right ends when my right to pursue my livelihood begins. Go ahead, say, but what about these farmers' right to a livelihood.

I see the debate has degenerated into name-calling. Before I leave , let me make my parting shot.

Gloria's minions criminalized the farmers' union by saying it was affiliated with the NPA. They also dragged the name of Bayan Muna they 'enraged' the farmers to picket and rally. Well, let me tell you, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights says it is legal to rally and form unions, but it is ILLEGAL TO KILL anyone who opposes or protests. Read up on political theory and int'l laws please.

If you can't take an intelligent debate, dont result to personal attacks. :p I have answered this point earlier. The people whom you call "communists" werent the ones who had the guns and killed those farm workers. the police and the army clearly killed those farmers. youre answering non-sequiturs. that is not acceptable in debate. if people cant be convinced, dont call them childish or close-minded. because if it is really the truth, then it is not debatable anymore. :))

@maiakei The issue here is why are those people killed in the first place? Weren't you even comprehending the statements of the farmers from hacienda luisita? Even they are admitting that if only those communists rallyist didn't iinterfere with the negotiation between the employees and management, none of this would have happened. Better check your arguments coz it's very childish ok.
