10 week old baby White Bellied Caiques

The babies are really rambunctious at this age!! They are rowdy and looking for trouble!!

It is kind of difficult to get a video of them as they are everywhere!! As you can see the oldest baby wanted the bundle of bananas and there was nothing that could get his mind off those bananas!!

We are hoping these babies will be weaned right around the middle to late December.

Awe, let him go ahead and play with it already! That was too funny. You just thought you were smarter than him. I just love to watch them walk. They certainly are precious little babies! Thank you, as usual, for sharing.

The bananas hadn't been washed so I really didn't want him to play with them. I did give him a pc. of the RIPE banana this morning and he ignored it!! LOL

I've wanted one of those kind of birds ever since my conure died last year. :(. But Caiques r just way too expnsive. Those birds r sooooooo cute and funny

The Bananna Bandit reminds me so much of my lost friend Munchkin. Forall of those who don't know, caiques know what they want and they are very stubborn. It's part of their charm. xoxo
