I'm just an ordinary citizen who wants to thank all military personnel for serving. If I had to I would but because these men and woman willing chose this path so that our country can protect itself and others from tyranny. That one guy says he don't owe them anything. I agree but atleast say thank you for serving because its them who put the fear in those who threaten to take away our freedom. You might be speaking german or japanese if it wasn't for them dude.

Everyone should be thanked, Soldier's, Teachers, Mothers, Fathers, Husbands, Wifes, Children, Brothers, Sisters, And the TAX payer. The list goes on. This war is our war because it could happen anywhere to anyone. Our enemy can attack at any time, we must be ready ALL of us...Thank those who serve and remember those who have died serving. A Soldier once told me that He prepares for war, but he prays for peace...So in honor of peace let's us pray to whatever name you call GOD.

Your husband CHOSE to serve over seas to destroy Iraq with the false idea that he is fighting for Liberation of Iraq. why do people try to instill guilt in others that have not SERVED in your war? how about thanking the people that worked and payed the fucking taxes to pay for this war? school teachers that taught your kids and nurses and firemen? this war is not about OUR Freedoms at all. Its about "liberation of IRAQ" ( OIL). I gave 6 years as an als evac medic and never felt anyone owes me anything at all.

All soldiers, Marines, sailors, airmen, etc. are human beings with families and emotions just like everyone else. Yeah, there are some crazies in the military, but for the most part, no soldier wants to go to war. We do what we do because most people CAN'T or WON'T. Enjoy the freedom that those who have fought and died have afforded you and thank a service man or woman for their service and sacrifice. Thankfulness and respect don't depend on political affiliation. HOOAH!

Bro I don't ever want to see or hear your say that Iraq was never a victory because it is and always will be I served over there I was in the Marines I did one term of 4 years and to me it seemed like a victory so think before you talk.
