"Nelson" - A Tribute to Nelson Mandela

This biographical song about Nelson Mandela is from Greg Engle's CD "Take It Personally."

Engle - an Austin (Texas) singer-songwriter - lived in South Africa from 1996 to 1999 and had the opportunity to see President Mandela speak on several occasions. Those occasions and Nelson Mandela's philosophy and example inspired the song, which Engle wrote in 2002 and released in 2010.

Outstanding song and performance. I happen to know that Greg has lived much of what he writes about. If you haven't heard the entire CD, or heard Greg Engle in person, make it a priority, especially if you live anywhere near Austin, Texas.
