This is the opening hymn from our Palm Sunday service. It is in 3 sections because of the Invocation and Confession and Absolution in the midst of it. It is LSB # 442
@ilovemyhplaptop Thanks for the comments. Yes, I guess I do tend to get Into certain hymns at times ! A church service is not really an organ concert; so going over the top with endings is not required. Additionally, if you note how we used this hymn this time, the Pastor was speaking in between stanzas, and drawing out endings would not flow right. At the very end chord, the organ Was plenty full sounding , you just don't hear the way it was live, on the video.
You are literally SO in to this song that your like bouncing up and down. Especially at the end. My question is... why dont you play full chords at the end of each verse and ESPECIALLY at the very end of the song? It is so much more full and pretty when the chord is held out full, strong, and long.
