B vitamins are critical for a healthy brain. Lack of B vitamins are linked to depression. Your doctor can order a simple test that is an indirect measure of your vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folic acid status. Get the test today and learn about other nutrient deficiencies associated with depression at the Rebuild website.

  • People DONT take 'folic acid' its a proven cancer growth factor . eat natural folates from dark green plants and whole grains . some synthetic vitamins are bad news

  • I agree, B Vitamins are very important. You should look into MoodBoost Drink, it's the best mood supplement I've found. I agree with you that many of the pharmaceutical antidepressants are not necessary and there are better and healthier alternatives.

  • so which is stronger or better b6 or b12?
