3ILM (Arabic word for knowledge) is a hip-hop group that was established in 2006 by five Muslim Brothers who grew up together in Tampa, FL. They saw the need for an alternative form of music from which Muslims could benefit Islamically and mentally. Combining a wide array of instrumental flavors and lyrical styles, 3ILM hopes to reach all people with music that is both enlightening and entertaining.

The group also hopes to spread the word of Islam to all people through their music as a form of Da'wah. Although the project is on the come up, the brothers are dedicated to unifying Muslim Minds for the sake of Allah, one song at a time. Non-Muslims will also be able to relate to many of our tracks, such as our feature track, "JUSTICE"Staying true to their mission, 25% of all profits from their record sales will be donated to Islamic Schools in the Tampa Bay Area. They were at the RIS (Reviving the islamic Spirit) Convention a few years ago, they looked very promising..but then they just disappeared. But they're really good. love this song.
