for me, the next joker can wait for about 10 years. for now i don't want anybody else as the joker because Heath Ledger has made a extraordinary job as the Joker. I've never enjoyed so much a character before, and now i do it thanks to him. so i wouldn't accept another guy taking his now he's dead (may he rest in peace).
but, anyway, johnny depp is a great actor. i personally love him! and i think he'd be an excellent joker. but not now.
