You're the Dude! I'm 63 and since day.1 bad news knees and joints.
'Baby Squat' technique was awesome data. I paused vid and did like u and instantly felt inner's working and cool thing was my knees DID NOT MOVE forewards cuz I shoved bum out backwards! I owe ya one friend :o)

great stuff! I'm wrapt that it has helped you out - other option for bad knees is the wall sit - just squat down against a wall and hold there. Simple, no pain, everyone wins!
