  • Look up improve posture Neil King to see other videos in series(step1-pull shoulders back,2-take tension off neck,3-stabilize lower back,4-abdomen). I've asked several chiros how to improve my posture, they gave exercises that did absolutely nothing,tried a terribly uncomfortable posture-improver, didn't work.-tried constantly telling myself-pull shoulder back, slump. Noticed 1st time after I did these 4 steps that my posture was better,back&neck stronger (fyi-monkeysee is free) Thanks Dr King
