lame hi-skyper, nice rc boat but no airplane

I bought the hi-skyper because of the cool movies by ACME at youtube! You see a brand new hi-skyper with fresh lipo HS 1103 (default charger HS2300) dry and without any surface damage (don´t tell me it´s taking water..). I drive it at full throttle acceleration and then pull full elevator - it glides but it does not hoover! Got vertical?? NEVER!! Things to improve? weather conditions? lipo load? trim? What will happen if I attach the v-wings? Will it get its fat as_ out of the water or go submarine???

I used ACME Lipo 1K, Art.No: HS-1103 7,4V 1000mAh the original green one that came with the skyper and two additional blue (newer) ones with same spec.

Got the same, even the color is same. Its lame because of the water, but its possible to start flying out of water, I tried it... (...And I had to jump into a lake to get my hydro back :P...) One thing about the Hi Skyper: Thr RC Control which is sold with the boat, is pretty shity. I boght an other one and I got a lot of fun now with my hydro plane.
