I was thinking of buying the NYX eyeliner pencils, but I'm still a bit unsure. Does the eyeliner pencils glide on smooth without that tugging sticky feeling?

thanks for showing these. I would not be brave enough to pick some of these colors b/c I wouldn't know what to do but I think that I'll give it a shot. I never thought about using them as a base. Very clever.
