There is a Self-Defence World Championship? Since when? Do they invite other countries? Do they invite people from other groups ? We have never heard of it down in this part of the world. Are we talking the ISDO? I've just been looking at their site and wondering how they can call that self defence, it is just another sports karate.

@spacecadet35 As my description says,we are talking about World Profi Association,which is a well known worldwide organization who helds kickboxing,semi contact,self defense tournaments,you can check their website to see for yourself.I dont know anything about ISDO anyway.

Okay, when the attacker has a gun, I think the smart move is to not risk it, because in those scenes he could have easily pulled the trigger.. no?

Good offense, but the attacker should be a bit like a real attacker, and actually try to knock you out and hurt you. that way the resistence will be different. but the offense is good from you. simple effective. Just get him to go for you really. no waiting until you attack.
