Fallout New Vegas: Unique Weapon Q-35 Matter Modulator WITHOUT MAX LOCKPICK OR SCIENCE

In this video i'll show you how to get the Q-35 plasma rifle without 100 Science or at least 75 lockpick and without Combat! So everyone could pick the gun!. The only thing you need is a luck of 7 or 6 and 300 caps and a Science of 25.

*If you have luck 6, go to Mike and Ralph's at Freeside and buy the naughty sleepwear for a max of 300caps (Speech +10, LCK +1).

*Then go to the RAPCOMM HQ, take the tour with the guide and let him open the planetarium.

*Go to the door at the back left and walk up and get the keycard.

* Go back to the entrance and take the door on the right (4 death faints in front of it) Go to Flr. 2.

*Take the first room on your left and hack the easy terminal (25) to access "Add Face to Database"

*Now you are free to walk Flr. 2. Go to Flt. 3 but before entering wear the sleepwear. A Mr. Handy will ask for the PW and you will say Ice Cream.

*Search for a collapsed roof with 2 paladins under/next to it (on yout right) at the other side is a briefcase with 200 pre-war money (1200 / 1400 caps) and Flr. 3 Keycard.

*Go to Flr. 2 and search for a door to Main Floor [open with key] in there you will find the Q-35 ;)

Also if the guns spawns wrong (as in the vid) you will have to crouch in 3rd person, aim at max down and turn till u see u van pick it up.

@crailberry The Unique Gauss Gun isn't in a cabinet at Brewers. Head east of there and north of the farmstead. There is an unmarked "Bandits Camp" that is nothing but a few people standing around in the same place, they are *usually aggressive and one of them is armed with the YCS/186 (he's the one in combat armor). If you have the wild wasteland trait this group will be Aliens instead and you'll get the Alien Blaster.

Where to start.... ok first, there is Sexy Sleepwear and Naughty Nightwear, NO Naughty Sleepwear. second, it is RepCon, not RapComm, THIRD, you don't have to hack the terminal to get through without combat, the facial recognition bots don't run to catch you, they just come towards you nice and slow. I have every single unique weapon in the base game WITHOUT max lockpick OR max science. The only ones that are remotely difficult to get are Mercy (Acquired at lvl 12 ;) and the Pulse Gun.

Or you go to the energy weapon store just outside of Vegas. It's sitting on the counter, you pick it up with right thumb stick and bring it into the bathroom, close the door, crouch, and take it. (they don't know and karma isn't lost)

a mega glitch is occuring just save quit come back to tommorow it should be there. yje same happned to me while is was searching for the enclave power armor. i saved quit came back hte next day and it was there, along with some deathclaws that the game also forgot to load.
