This is the second opening Matsuda Seiko - Ashita He To Kakedashite Yurou from the anime Kaitou Saint Tail =3 Just sharing. This opening was not used on the american dvd releases of Saint Tail - only an muted version of the video was added as an extra.

I do NOT own Kaitou Saint Tail or the music, Kaitou Saint Tail is copyrighted by Tachikawa Megumi and the other rightfull owners.

why didnt they play this opening from episode 25-43?

If you mean on the Region 1 dvd's - Yeah I'm not sure why they decided to just use the first opening all through the series =/ they didn't change the ending either. Probably because the sale rate was really low - the same reason why the english dub was canceled somewhere middle of the series.

I loved the anime, but it took me a while until I watched the anime (I'm more the manga-child anyway)
