  • Have heard many interpretations of this piece. For me, this one is excellent.

    Most often it is so "overdone" & the piece becomes syrupy sweet, trite.

    Check out the doctor's Gershwin/Wild "Summertime." Beautiful, as well.

  • Fine performance. He reflects the ardent passion of the text in the first exposition. Many performers tend to interpret this section too lyrically and sweetly. He is also one of the few who build to the forte ending as written.

  • Great playing ! Specially for a physician. Could be a pro.

  • Richard Kogan plays this piece better than anyone that I have ever heard.......Bravo..
