  • Now we've gone completely in the opposite direction, ignoring the Constitution & the ideologies that freed us from monarchical rule. What do u think is going on now? The Fed govt has taken the place of King George and the ruling elite u criticize of the govt then is alive today. I didn't have a say in those "stimulus" bills and bailouts, did u?

Our educated "betters" are once again making decisions for us. U should be insiting passionately that we adhere to our revolutionary principles

  • As much as John Adams hated the tyrranical rule of Great Britain, he proposed that the US President be referred to in the same vain as royalty.

All political ideologies falter when they begin. Communisim was supposed to bring about a classless society. Did it? Were there not ruling elites in USSR? How about Cuba and China?

America had to evolve. It wasn't going to be perfect right from the start. As long as we had the principles of the Constitution, there was always hope.

  • Then there were the Republican-Democrats, who weren't perfect either, but strived to ensure that the power remained with the states...and even the states had their own laws that sometimes conflicted with the Constitution. Thomas Jefferson, by Va. law, couldn't just "free" his slaves if he wanted to. It was a slave state that wasn't high on having former slaves walking around and made it really difficult for anyone who wanted have it so.

  • Wow. Congratulations. You're the first person to realize that even the founding fathers didn't always live up to the principles they professed - that even they had to evolve into the ideals they, in fact, believed in. Like many educated men then and now, many of them believed that it was up to the learned individual to lead those who weren't as educated or accomplished. That's why there were Federalists - those who believed the federal govt should have more power over the states.

  • I think voting is bullshit when you've gotta be a politician to see who gets into the ballots, although the only reason evil people have been able to take over the politcal seats is the lack of interest in the real voting section of the government, the committees of the Dems and Repubs, by our entire country's citizens. I guess I'd be Old Republican, like my father b4 me. And you? What would you be? Cause im so fuckin down.

  • The only real problems in the world are the problems that are common to all humans - Peter Joesph . I didn't live then, and I didn't know about the manhood sufferage, so yea... flawed document. New Continenal Congress session, 3 delegates from every state. Campaign for Liberty Ron Paul lolzadfkawe

  • You should demand reparations for your white ancestors not having the vote in the early days of the republic and being enslaved to the land owner oligarchs.

If the blacks can do civil rights shakedowns, so can white males.

  • great video.

  • yeah, but it was the best try so far at fair government. just trying to get support for the black movement is nonsense man, I dont even see a difference in race anymore, other than blacks are pissed off all the time for the suffering of their ancestors. IM PISSED ABOUT THE SUFFERING TO COME OF MY LEGACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
