Why don't russians put slow motion cameras to film soyuz launches?! I think that it would be amazing! Also in-flight shots. like shuttle launch... Too bad :(((
actually you're both wrong, the rocket isn't Ukrainian, nor just Russian. It's Soviet.
Designed in the Yuzhnoye Design Bureau, which was staffed by personnel from all over the USSR, this was the planned successor to the Soyuz. A lot of people were working on this project, my relatives included (and they ain't from Ukraine).
Nowadays Ukraine can't manufacture these rocket by itself, since most of the components (engines included) are manufactured in Russia.
Nice was looking for some Launch vids of Ukrainian rockets - this one is great! That's a great international enterprise - and that launch pad is Amazing! CheerZ :D

@artwleb 'Sup man - the rockets for SeaLaunch are Ukrainian. One of the stages has Russian parts, and the pod is US Boeing. CheerZ :D
