@Nercrophage Pour-fee-ree-ahh Cute-ayne-ahh Tar-dah. It's a genetic defect that results in a deficiency of an enzyme that is key to make haemoglobin, the chemical in blood that carries oxygen.

Probably used as a title because it's rumoured to be the variant of porphyria that the myth of vampirism stemmed from.
