The main idea is to marinate the shrimp (or fish) in lime juice for 6-8 hours. The other ingredients are basically for color and texture. You can also put 1 oz. of Gin (or other clear liquor: Vodka, etc).

Ingredients:

- 1/2 kilo of fresh shrimp
- lime juice (or lemon)
- onion
- carrot
- bell pepper
- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- (parsley would be good too)
