  • wouldn't it have been better to design that drop wall as a roof/awning to protect from sun and rain??

i mean, Costa Rica after all.

    just saying.

  • @gljohnson33 Actually we thought of that but the weight is too much. We install awnings instead.

  • If I was to hire you to install a house like this on my lot in Jaco area, what kind of building permit do I need to obtain? How costly is it going to be?

  • crime is pretty severe up here in the states as well. We have a different name for it though "federal government".

  • I noticed no embedded hooks in the wall for the SM.

  • very interesting

  • Not so cute"....seen beter ones

  • with a car? why not with hydraulics... wont that be dangerous for regular use?

  • Appreciate your attitude and honesty. Nice video.

  • COCAINE SHOLD BE USED ONCE IN A WHILE NOT EVERYDAY

  • Also, if you might considered using the end doors to support a deck, which could compensate the less cutting of the side wall, still a lot of light and air coming into the building. Or even more interesting to have interesting building elevation and a stronger structure to resist the tropical hurricane ! George Wu, AIA 2012-1-6

  • As an architect, I believed that the structural integrity of the container is destroyed the way the entire side of the container was cut out completely. Yes, you could do it with reinforcement, but it is not the understanding way to use the container. However , it does not have to be one end to end opening, which could still be done with two or more smaller openings, and it will also be lighter to close the glass opening with two or more decks. • HELP me! I'm stuck trying to sell shipping container homes in Costa Rica! Please, I just want to go back to Wisconsin. Mom, Dad? I was really drunk, and she was so slutty looking. I swear I didn't know she was 14! PLEASE get me a lawyer, I'm willing to confess, go to jail, ANYTHING if I can just come home? ------ jim08816cr

P.S the guy that owns container homes, makes me dress as a girl. Mom, he is a BAD man.
