  • Hey man make sure you work out your abs and strech before every workout. Your lower back pains may be a result of weak abdominals and unflexability. It's very imporant to strengthen up your lower back and abs. Ur making great progress, good luck.

  • muscle up to about your waist so your body looks like an "L". if this doesnt help im going to look for a picture to see if i can find it for you. keep up the good work.

  • whats up will. just wanted to say good work on what your doing right now and if your looking for an alternative for your ab workout try i think its called "L" Lift, i'm not sure, but its a machine at the gym that you put your forearms on the arm rest and your back is up against the back thing and you lift your legs up using your stomach

  • Looking good, Will. Don't worry too much about the abs. You're bulking, so it's natural for the abs to take a vacation. They'll return when you start cutting up again. Keep it up.

  • No.1 always man. Will, the SECOND you walked on camera I said that guy is gettin BIG. I see it in your delts and chest, biceps and triceps. Great traps, and lats prob spreading. Turn around & pls show us your back. U r right about the abs. I was right about the protein :) Re the wrists, wear wrist wrap. U rock, man!
