After much research we purchased a JVC Everio GZ-MS120. Zellers had it on sale for 2 days for $300.00. Walmart sells them for $330.00. This camcorder has one touch Youtube upload and it saves files in Mpeg2 format. Hope this helps.

I have to laugh when I see one of these hanging, usually while I'm swatting flies. It's right up there with putting a piece of wood down before putting a car battery on a concrete floor. Old myths that wont die.
