dude you fucking rule. i was ready to smash my shit with a hammer until i came across your vid. thanks for taking the time to tell us about the almighty bitch slap. i had to do it a few times but i got my point across and its working perfectly. if it does not work the first time you just hold down the menu and center button until the apple appears. then with one hand and with the i-pod facing down in your hand slap it a good three times and it will or should submit and reset itself. thanks again
