Screw the iPad I want this. Come on the iPad is a joke. The Sony tablet makes the iPad look like it came from the stone age. This is worth your money. The iPad is just an oversized itouch. You can do exactly all the same things with an itouch. If you want to waste your money get an iPad. If you want to get your money's worth, get a Sony tablet

If you have Flash on yours, it's a workaround, because iPad 1 and 2 do not support it out of the box. Sony Tablet/Android tablets in general do, on the other hand. Also, this tablet has all of the features you named and more through the Android Market.
