Might be true, but you present such a very incomplete story that it is unconvincing. The lack of detail begs many questions. Where are the X-ray or MRI results alluded to for the testing? Why were these subjects selected? Why would they suspect they were implanted? What were the symptoms of the torture they experienced, the speculated motive? Were they former military, other government employees, or activists? Why cannot the "devices be removed if they are so easily pinpointed?
