High-Speed Painting

I was staring at another painting I made a couple months ago, and in my mind I started moving things and mixing things around, and the idea for this painting came into my head, so a couple days ago I sketched it into MS Paint which you'll see at the end of the video.
This video is the process of me doing the painting. The video got kind of long so I had to cut out a lot of adding/removing tape, so you'll see jumps.

Feel free to offer me your critiques or some helpful suggestions to improve my technique. I've very new at this.

You're a great artist, and after looking at your previous painting, you're really growing better and better in to it :)
I love the '...'-feel of it (i forgot his name,the artist with the flashy paintings of humanshaped figures.I'll reply myself if I remember the name again)
Anyway, this was great, and I love the idea, to me it speaks as if it tells us all that the human beings are made of so much more then the one view we see on the outside... inside there are so many colors...
