RuneScape - Frost Dragon Guide (190+ Kills/hour)

This is a rough guide on how to kill Frost dragons.

Combine these tips with your own and you'll easily achieve 190+ kills an hour, sometimes even 200+ with a little luck. Made this in about half an hour just to show how I do it since a lot of people were doubting I get 190+ kills an hour.

NOTE:
- In the video I use Super restores. This is not what you would normally bring to Frost dragons. The reason I did this was so you could better see how I set up my inventory.

- The Ardougne cloak is more kills an hour, and is actually what I use to kill them. My record being 204 kills in a single hour. The extra kills you get in an hour help to pay for the cost of trips. Soulwars cape is a great alternative if you don't have the Ardougne cloak 3 or 4.

Dont even bother trying to get dungeoneering up for money. You can make 8m per hour minimum just doing item hopping, if your in a good clan. The official one is at rs-merch.net.

Super rests give summoning points back, no point to bring pots if you bring them.
