Rep. Dan Lipinski questioned on voting for Bush FISA bill

On Friday, September 21, 2007, a woman questioned Rep. Dan Lipinski (D-IL03) about his vote in favor of the FISA bill. Rita Maniotis, an activist with Near West Citizens for Peace and Justice and a Green Party candidate for state rep, was filming the encounter. Lipinski's chief of staff, Jerry Hurckes, attempted to block Maniotis from filming Lipinski's response. I began filming after I saw Hurckes harassing Maniotis, so the total amount of time between when Hurckes started putting his hand in Maniotis' face and when Lipinski told him to knock-it-off is longer than on this video.
