For those who don't understand what it has to do with Sushi, it's just the way the Japanese advertise at times. They don't always want to be lectured by advertising, they want to be entertained, which is exactly what the ad does. Making an ad entertaining will cause it to be memorable, which makes people remember the brand as well.
They still somewhat link it to sushi in the end though, saying that only Gin no Sara can offer the best quality materials for Sushi delivery; they're not "fake".
