To be fair, all of you were on private property in the first place. I assume the Mall staff asked you all to leave politely prior to the events in this video, which was ignored so much so that the police had to be called.

But now suddenly on YouTube the police are 'evil communist government robots' for removing people off private property, even after asking again for you lot to vacant the premises.

@UKBLIVE You'll 'waste time' googling court rulings but you won't 'waste time' expressing yourself? what's your point exactly? Of course the courts hate the breach of peace, as they should. It has nothing to do with them - it's an archaic common law and as such, has innumerable rulings on its process and application. I think that's R v Howell? (it's been a few years since I studied it). What does this have to do with what we spoke about? flattered in any case, I thought I'd been disengaged.

@metheridge86 A breach of the peace is not in itself a criminal offence, but the police and any other person have a power of arrest where there are reasonable grounds for believing a breach of the peace is taking place or is imminent. The Court of Appeal defined a breach of the peace as being ‘an act done or threatened to be done which either actually harms a person, or in his presence, his property, or is likely to cause such harm being done.

@UKBLIVE wow, what a response! there was no 'hate' in my post. unlike yours, I didn't insult you once. I was just bewildered as to what purpose you think your money will serve when 5 minutes before I had seen Charlie say 'it's not real'.

I have been watching quite a few of his videos and as it happens, I really like the guy and he makes some great points that I agree with. he seems to know nothing about the law however.
