This was a delicious mound of breakfast goodness...I just wish it didn't weigh 7 lbs! I was honestly anticipating it to be easy (mainly because my eyes skimmed over the word "eggs" everytime I read the description somehow) so I honestly thought it would be no more than 5 lbs. There was a lot of gravy that got goopy and heavy after a while. Fortunately the challenge is no time limit so next time I am hoping to get a plate that is no more than 6.5 lbs if I get lucky...then I'll take it down!
