@takashii00 and ur culture is so kind, u know, cause slitting a chicken's throat and draining its blood is nothing incomparison to eating dogs or ramming a wooden stick up a shrimp's ass. don't mistaken YOUR standard with THE standard.

Vofff,
Yes, That is in China. When I went to the factory town of Longhau just outside of Schenzhen. I was a little sick after this meal. I think I undercooked a piece of meat the one time. I do have photos at this restaurant also. This last trip, they did not bring me out to eat too often. I ate at the factory. That was an experience!

Reminds me of the way that you have to prepare and clean crab before boiling it

Chaos,
Your right! When I go to Virginia and crab, we just throw the live crabs in the pot. What got me in China though was that the kitchen rammed wooden sticks up the backs of the shrimps and you had live moving shrimps-on-a-stick. At least when you throw them in the boiling water, they will die soon, but they had to ramp these sticks in about 15 minutes earlier in the kitchen. That shrimp were struggling like crazy on the plate. Was a weird sight but did taste good.
