Really I gotta say a big thank you to my mum for helping me translate the song. I can read Cantonese pretty well but deciphering the meanings behind phrases and words aren't really my specialty.

And you know how awful it was trying to time those stupid subtitles when the damn program kept screwing the timeframes up so I'd end up deleting the line before and overwritting ones here and here. ARGH! To sum it up, it was horrible. Here is where I respect those who do fansubs. Well done, keep up the excellent work.

Anyway this was supposed to be my entry for Round 1 of Project OrgEditor held over at a-m-v.org but about 7 hours before the deadline, after I encoded, subtitled and uploaded this entry I got a random surge of inspiration for a much better idea and ditched this video LOL. Yeah my ideas come at random times....XD

Anyway I don't really have much to say except I really had fun making this video. I've always loved dramas but I never really watched any other ones except from HK dramas so I was surprised when I really enjoyed this one my friend recommended from last year. It's cute, funny and dramatic. And the plot is very Shoujo-like so if you like that kinda stuff, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

YES I'M IN A DRAMA CRAZE JUST NOW SO YOU CAN EXPECT MORE DRAMA MVs. Oh, I haven't quit AMVs though. I have one finished for a convention that will be uploaded after it's over and an MMV in the making as well as a couple more AMVs that I have started but uh...lost inspiration so WHO KNOWS?! 8D

How it fits the theme: (which was Home Sweet Home btw, you can read more on the org forums)

I know it isn't really portrayed very well but what I wanted to show was it doesn't matter how small and insignificant something is or how boring or simple a place might be to you because to someone else, that insignificant object/place is truly what makes them happy and considered a "home" of some sort. So rather than advertising the org directly, I was trying to advertise the "feeling" the org gives off to some people as a "home". In this MV's case, it would be the Pasta Restaurant and the happy memories they have made together in that place which reminds them both of how much it means to them.

In a way I was comparing the org to the restaurant. Like the org is 1 in say a million websites in the world and the restaurant is 1 pasta restaurant out of a million in the world. So to many it isn't really worth much value but for others, the memories and the times spent there are what's most important to them.
