Hola! No hablo espanol....lo siento....When you are sailing on a reach like this the Platu will broach very easily as you show on film: You need to have the spare crew sit out hard , with the main sheet man also sitting as far up as he can. The spinnaker trimmer should kneel on the windward deck as should the winch man: who should NOT sit to leeward. The spare man should hold the kicker line in their hand and be ready to release before a broach and take it on to power up more. Also some more
