You want to get huge?
1. Work very hard, including the big intense lifts like barbell squats and deadlifts. Every time you can complete your routine with good form, PUT MORE WEIGHT ON THE BAR NEXT TIME! (Learn and use proper form.)
2. Eat like the end of the world was coming. A good target is 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (so for most guys, 150+ grams of protein per day!)
3. Get plenty of sleep and lay off the booze/drugs.
4. Repeat for a couple years.

this guy owns a shop that sells and pushes pro hormones (legal methylated steroids)
having a great diet/consistency, and intensity is essential roids or not, dont assume that this was done naturally..... i am not against steroids, in fact, i support the usage assuming the user knows what he/she is doing pre, during, and post cycle, however i dont want younger kids to see this and get there hopes up for something they'll likely not achieve naturally.

I want to have a great body like this

@SteDeRaver If you honestly think supplements are paramount to success, you're a moron. Supplements are such a small part of the equation, it's a joke. Ever hear of the 80/20 rule? 80% diet and 20% work are what will give you the body you desire. It's going to take a hell of a long time too. You can get the same benefit as a protein shake in the form of a steak and some brown rice/veggies (if not a superior meal)...shakes are popular beacuse they're easy to make and easier to digest.

@MyBooh15 Wrong. Very, very wrong. You must eat right and that includes supplements, unless you like gaining slowly.

@bandit9874 i think he meant like choclate ice cream milkshakes not protein ones

@MyBooh15 Sorry pal. Diets and supplements (ie protein shakes) are the key to getting a body like this.
