In the foreground you can see the reel moving to keep tension on the line attached to the front of the buoy. The side safety lines weren't able to completely control the swinging of the buoy so it is twisted here. But they quickly righted the problem. You can see one of the yellow hydraulic tuggers controlling the side safety lines on the right (port aft deck). You can also see the rusty anchor for the buoy composed of a stack of old repurposed railroad wheels.
