5 Gallon Aquarium with Goldfish and Red Minnows

My first aquarium, I am currently new to the hobby. Coldwater 5 gallons with powerfilter and hood. The water has been treated for chlorine and metals. 1 Comet Goldfish and 3 Red Minnows. For now, they are comfortable and happy.

yeah I know the comet is growing so fast already! I don't have the money for a larger tank setup, so I might have to give him away to someone with a pond when he gets too big. I also just added a Betta to the aquarium, and it does not seem bothered by the other fish at all. The temperature is suited to the Betta, as I read that goldfish are more flexible. Hopefully the pH levels will be ok.

@faflover1 for the minnows it would be a perfect size as they are quite active, but for each goldfish you should have roughly 10gallons for the fancy breeds. :)

im getting a 5 gallon tank next week i have 6 minnows and 5 goldfish would there be enough space

The comet is going to need a much larger aquarium. You're new to the hobby but you look like you have already done a lot of research and for that I give you props :) Just re home the comet and your setup will be perfect.
