tourist are annoyin as hell which is y this is the last time ima go 2 times square 2 see the ball drop but i undastand that aint no other place like ny on new years its a great experience but im used 2 it my brothers go every year. while we stay in brooklyn at home chillin n drinkin ya digg

When is the best time to get to times square on new years? And if you stay at hotel in time square is it true you can move in and out of crowds?

The earlier the better. I heard some people even came a day before to be near the ball or some people was just like to come late and move in crowds. it is true if ur hotel is in the center u have right to move in and out. Otherwise police will not let people come close to ball after certain time
