A tumble variation I came up with almost 2 years ago. Many of the Studioveena.com members have inquired about this tumble! I recorded these clips a few month ago, I finally made a little video for you all!!!! Sorry about the messy room and crazy hair! lol

One of the aspects of pole that I really began to appreciate as an avid fan after I got beyond my "oh, look...a sexy woman on the pole phase" (lol, guilty!!) is the appreciation of some of the finer complexities of getting from one place to another on the pole. Hand and grip work is an even smaller subset of that process. I watched the first slo-mo several times just to marvel at the hand switches, placements, and grips that were in play. It's an aspect of our art that is underappreciated!
